The Housing Company is hiring a Maintenance Technician at Field Stream Apartments in Twin Falls, ID. No experience is required; training is provided. You’ll perform preventive maintenance, apartment turns, groundskeeping, and basic upkeep across the properties to keep them safe and appealing.

We value a positive attitude and a willingness to learn. You must be able to work independently or as part of a team, provide good customer service, and hold a valid driver’s license.

The Housing Company has an immediate opening for a Maintenance Technician at the Field Stream Apartments in Twin Falls, Idaho! We're looking for motivated individuals who are eager to learn and grow with our team.

No prior experience necessary! We'll provide the training and support you need to succeed in this role.

As a Maintenance Technician, you will work on the maintenance of the complexes, as well as occasional work at other complexes as needed, including individual apartment units and the grounds. This is a great chance to develop your skills in:

• Carpentry
• Electrical
• Plumbing
• Painting
• Groundskeeping

In This Role, You Will
