Gorman & Company, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician for Vista Verde in Breckenridge, CO. Join a hands-on team keeping a 252-unit affordable community in great shape and serving residents with pride.

You'll perform repairs across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliances, handle on-site upkeep, and participate in on-call rotations. The role offers competitive hourly pay and strong benefits, with clear paths for growth.

Formación

• Minimum of two years' experience in property management maintenance.
• Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, basic HVAC, and appliance repair.
• Valid driver's license and insurability.
• Ability to participate in on-call emergency rotation.
• Strong customer service mindset.
• HVAC-EPA Type II or EPA Universal preferred.

Responsabilidades

Join our team as a Maintenance Technician in Breckenridge, CO! Are you a hands-on problem solver who takes pride in keeping a property in great shape? We’re looking for a Maintenance Technician to join the team at Vista Verde, a 252-unit affordable and workforce housing community in Breckenridge, CO. From completing repairs and responding to service requests to helping maintain the property’s overall condition, you’ll play an important role in ensuring residents have a safe, comfortable place to call home!

What You'll Do

• Complete daily maintenance and repairs for plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliances.
• Maintain exterior of the property along with tackling seasonal prep such as fall cleanup or snow removal.
• Perform daily property walks to keep everything clean, safe, and looking sharp.
• Respond promptly to routine and emergency maintenance requests when assigned.
• Prepare vacant apartments for new residents using make-ready checklists.
• Inspect buildings and grounds to maintain safety, cleanliness, and curb appeal.
• Maintain common areas, exterior spaces, and grounds.
• Communicate with vendors and contractors.

What You'll Bring

• Minimum of two years of previous experience in property management maintenance, building maintenance, or related trade.
• Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, basic HVAC, and appliance repair.

• Valid driver’s license and ability to meet insurability requirements.
• Ability to participate in the on-call emergency rotation schedule.
• Strong customer service skills with a resident-first mindset.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• HVAC-EPA (Type II), or EPA Universal preferred.
