Timberland Partners is seeking a Maintenance Technician for our The Solstice property in Lake Saint Louis, MO. This on-site role focuses on upkeep, unit turns and preventative maintenance to ensure residents enjoy a high-quality living environment.

The position offers a $1,000 sign-on bonus, with $500 paid at 90 days and $500 at 180 days, plus a competitive hourly wage and benefits. On-call responsibilities are required on a rotating basis.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of general maintenance experience, residential maintenance preferred.
• Make Ready, painting, and sheetrock experience preferred.
• EPA universal license for HVAC required.
• CPO license preferred.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations.
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems and all major appliances.
• Basic computer proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Deliver timely, high-quality results for resident work requests and day-to-day maintenance needs.
• Maintain curb appeal by keeping grounds, amenities and common areas in good condition.
• Identify and resolve safety or upkeep issues to protect residents and property.
• Perform make-readies, repairs and final checks for move-ins.
• Provide on-call emergency support on a rotating schedule.

Ready to join Team Timberland? The Solstice is hiring a Maintenance Technician for our 156-unit property in Lake St. Louis, MO. You’ll play a key role in providing an outstanding living experience for our residents by taking ownership of general upkeep, unit turns, and preventative maintenance.

$1,000 Sign-On Bonus

$500 paid out at 90 days

Responsibilities: (include, but are not limited to)

• Deliver timely, high-quality results for resident work requests and day-to-day community maintenance needs.
• Take pride in curb appeal by keeping grounds, amenities, and common areas above quality standards, ensuring a welcoming environment residents are proud to call home.
• Identify and resolve potential safety or upkeep issues, serving as a trusted set of eyes and ears to protect the property and its residents.
• Execute seamless make-readies, repairs, and final checks so new residents walk into a flawless home on day one.
• Provide reliable emergency support on a rotating on-call schedule, ensuring peace of mind for residents when urgent issues arise.
• Champion a culture of safety by following all industry procedures, protecting yourself, your teammates, and the community.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 2+ years of general maintenance experience, residential maintenance experience preferred
• Make Ready, painting, and sheetrock experience strongly preferred
• EPA universal license for HVAC required
• CPO license preferred
• Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair HVAC equipment, plumbing systems, electrical systems, all major appliances including washer and dryer
• High school diploma or GED
• Basic computer proficiency preferred

Schedule: Monday - Friday 8AM - 5PM and rotating on-call schedule (additional stipend compensation provided for on-call shifts).

Compensation and Benefits:

Pay Range: $24.00 - $26.00/hr + quarterly bonuses based on property performance and exceptional customer service.
