Timberland Partners is seeking a Maintenance Technician for The Solstice in Lake St. Louis, MO.

You will handle general upkeep, unit turns, and preventative maintenance across a 156-unit property to ensure a top-tier living experience for residents. Qualifications

• 2+ years of general maintenance experience, residential preferred.
• Make Ready, painting, and sheetrock experience preferred.
• EPA universal HVAC license required.
• CPO license preferred.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations.
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliances.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Basic computer proficiency.

Ready to join Team Timberland? The Solstice is hiring a Maintenance Technician for our 156-unit property in Lake St. Louis, MO. You’ll play a key role in providing an outstanding living experience for our residents by taking ownership of general upkeep, unit turns, and preventative maintenance.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 2+ years of general maintenance experience, residential maintenance experience preferred
• Make Ready, painting, and sheetrock experience strongly preferred
• EPA universal license for HVAC required
• CPO license preferred
• Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair HVAC equipment, plumbing systems, electrical systems, all major appliances including washer and dryer
• High school diploma or GED
• Basic computer proficiency preferred

Schedule: Monday - Friday 8AM - 5PM and rotating on-call schedule (additional stipend compensation provided for on-call shifts).

Compensation and Benefits:

Pay Range: $24.00 - $26.00/hr + quarterly bonuses based on property performance and exceptional customer service.
