Qualifications

• Must have valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record & proof of insurance.
• EPA certification preferred; required if specified within 90 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Perform technical maintenance repairs to plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.
• Handle apartment turnover maintenance within three to five business days.
• Maintain common areas including cleaning and upkeep.
• Monitor building exterior and maintain equipment safety.
