Job summary

ZRS Management LLC in Winter Park, FL, seeks a Maintenance Technician to service residents and support the Maintenance Supervisor. You will perform plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliance repairs, and complete turnover work within 3–5 business days while keeping common areas clean and safe.

Responsibilities include preventive maintenance, inventory management, safe operation of equipment, and on-call support.

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver's license with a driving record acceptable to the company and proof of automobile insurance.
• EPA certification preferred; if required at a specific property, certification must be obtained within 90 days of start date.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance repairs in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliances.
• Complete apartment turnover maintenance within 3–5 business days and finalize turnover checklist.
• Maintain common areas (sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, trash) and perform routine exterior upkeep.
• Monitor building exterior for roof, siding, or other issues and support preventive maintenance.
