Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Complete apartment turnover maintenance in 3-5 business days.
• Common area maintenance includes cleaning, sweeping, and vacuuming.
• Monitor exterior building issues such as roof and siding.
• Help maintain preventive maintenance programs for responsibility areas.
