Qualifications

• At least 2 years of maintenance experience.
• Proficient in two or more trades (e.g., plumbing, electrical, HVAC).
• Able to work evenings/weekends/on-call as needed.
• Physically capable of moving heavy equipment.
• Must read, write, speak English.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent service to residents and assist team members.
• Perform basic apartment turns and routine maintenance.
• Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical components, HVAC, appliances.
• May train other technicians and support vendor quality.
• Move-in/move-out inspections.
