Job summary

Arrow Finishing, Inc. seeks a Maintenance Technician to perform intermediate-level equipment, facility, and grounds maintenance with growing independence.

You will troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems, perform preventive maintenance, and support reliability improvements on the production floor. You will document work, follow safety policies, and assist in guiding other Maintenance Technicians as needed, contributing to a safe and efficient

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2–4 years of maintenance experience or equivalent technical training.
• Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot equipment issues with minimal supervision.
• Proficient in documenting maintenance activities.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety guidelines and 5S housekeeping practices.
• Perform routine to intermediate maintenance on equipment, facilities and safety systems.
• Independently complete PM tasks including component replacement and adjustments.
• Enter work orders and maintenance activities into CMMS.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and support root cause analysis.
• Coordinate corrective actions for abnormal conditions.
• Use hand and power tools safely and effectively.
• Support on-call and overtime as needed.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments.
