Job summary

Arrow Finishing, Inc is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform intermediate equipment, facility, and grounds maintenance with increasing independence. You will troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems and carry out preventive and corrective maintenance on production assets. This role requires 2–4 years of maintenance experience, a high school diploma or GED, and ability to document activities in our CMMS for continuous improvement on the production floor.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2–4 years of maintenance experience or equivalent technical training.
• Working knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Proficient in reading technical documents, schematics, and procedures.
• Ability to document activities in CMMS and maintain organized records.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and corrective maintenance on equipment.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and assist with root cause analysis.
• Enter completed work orders and maintenance activities into the CMMS.
• Follow safety policies and 5S housekeeping practices.
• Perform routine equipment inspections and functional checks.
• Use hand tools and diagnostic meters safely and effectively.
