Job summary

Player 15 Group is seeking an experienced Maintenance Tech to support the Maintenance Department for Traffic Support Services in our Phoenix location. You will help keep facilities and lots clean, assist with traffic-closure setups, and operate company vehicles as part of a fast-paced, team-driven culture.

The role emphasizes flexibility to support events and preferences for reliable, detail-oriented individuals who communicate effectively and work independently when needed.

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Maintenance Tech to join our team. In this role, you will support all facets of Maintenance Department for Traffic Support Services, while playing a key role in broader department initiatives.

Your Role on the Team

• Ensure cleanliness of all facilities and lots (sweeping/mopping, pressure washing, trash removal)
• Assist with setup of barricades for traffic closures
• Operate company owned vehicles for various purposes
• Support Scheduled Events
• Other duties as assigned
