Job summary

TRG Management seeks a Maintenance Technician in Chandler, AZ to perform hands-on maintenance across offices and living spaces. You will inspect, repair, and maintain electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and carpentry systems while keeping detailed maintenance logs.

The role requires a proactive self-starter with good communication skills and a minimum of two years of apartment maintenance experience. On-call responsibilities and grounds upkeep are part of the job.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 2+ years hands-on apartments maintenance experience (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry).
• EPA or CFC certification required or in progress.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain property facilities including painting, carpet cleaning, general repairs and housekeeping.
• Hands-on maintenance of the property, inspections, repairs, and upkeep of offices and interior/exterior areas.
• Install and repair electrical systems and components on property equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance and record results in maintenance log.
• Respond to on-call emergency service as required.
• Support groundskeeping and keep areas clean from debris.

Explore what we have to offer and help turn your talents into a rewarding career.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Include the following.
