Job summary

TRG Management is seeking a property maintenance technician to perform and coordinate hands-on upkeep across our apartment communities. The role involves inspecting units, performing repairs, and maintaining outdoor and indoor areas to ensure quality living environments.

The ideal candidate has at least two years of maintenance experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and EPA/CFC certification. Strong communication and physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs are required, with

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Two years of hands-on property maintenance experience in plumbing, electrical, carpentry or HVAC.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepares or assists in maintaining offices and units (painting, carpet cleaning, repairs, housekeeping).
• Hands-on maintenance of the property including inspection, repair and general upkeep of apartment units and interior/exterior areas.
• Performs preventative maintenance and records findings in the maintenance log.
• Provides on-call emergency service as required.
• Works with maintenance staff to keep grounds clear of trash and debris.
• Monitors mechanical equipment (water heaters, HVAC, etc.) and coordinates upkeep.
• Diagnoses malfunctioning equipment and replaces faulty wiring or components.
