Job summary

Sesame Place is seeking enthusiastic Ambassadors to perform general maintenance on rides, ensuring safety and reliability for guests and team members. You will conduct daily inspections, perform preventive maintenance, and assist with troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems.

The role requires 18+ years old, a high school diploma or equivalent, and the ability to obtain a park driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license / park driver’s license may be required.
• Ability to pass ride competency tests and obtain certification.
• Ability to lift, push, and pull 50 pounds repeatedly.
• Strong communication and math skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance of rides to ensure guest and team member safety.
• Inspections and preventative maintenance on a daily basis.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues.
• Provide excellent guest service and teamwork.
• Adhere to safe work practices and use PPE.
• Work varied hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
