Today, we are seeking an HVAC Maintenance Technician with experience troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining heat pumps. Strong HVAC experience is required. We are currently offering:

Industry‑Leading Retirement – 401(k) with 4% match + historically 6.25% profit sharing (100% immediately vested)

Low‑Cost Health Coverage – Just $50 per paycheck for our Employee only HSA plan, with Palms contributing $1,000 for EE Only and $1,500 for EE+ Child or EE+ Family.

$150 Weekly On-Call Stipend – Earn an additional $150 per week anytime you’re on call.

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong hands‑on HVAC experience is REQUIRED.
• Ability to independently troubleshoot, repair, and install heat pumps.
• Minimum 2 years of apartment maintenance experience
• Well‑rounded general maintenance skills (plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, etc.)
• Proactive problem‑solver with strong initiative
• Collaborative team player who works well in a skilled crew environment
• Technologically proficient, comfortable using MS Office 365 and a personal mobile device
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills
• A professional who values integrity and long‑term employment commitment
• Valid Driver's License
