Palms Associates, Lakefield Mews Apts in Richmond, VA is seeking an Apartment Maintenance Technician to troubleshoot, repair and maintain heat pumps with strong HVAC experience. A signing bonus of $1,000 is offered, plus a weekly on-call stipend of $150.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on HVAC experience is PREFERRED.
• EPA Certification for refrigerant handling (preferred — willing to certify you!)
• Minimum 2 years of apartment maintenance experience
• Well-rounded general maintenance skills (plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, etc.)
• Proactive problem-solver with strong initiative
• Collaborative team player who works well in a skilled crew environment
• Technologically proficient, comfortable using MS Office 365 and a personal mobile device
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills
• A professional who values integrity and long-term employment commitment
• Valid Driver's License

Today, we seek an Apartment Maintenance Technician who has experienced with troubleshooting, repairing and maintaining Heat Pumps. Strong HVAC experience is PREFERRED.We are currently offering:

*** A Signing bonus of $1,000***

$150Weekly On-Call Stipend – Earn an additional $150 per week anytime you're on call.

Industry-Leading Retirement – 401(k) with 4% match + historically 6.25% profit sharing (100% immediately vested)
