Responsibilities

• Perform HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliance repairs across properties.
• Conduct proactive maintenance and troubleshooting to prevent breakdowns.
• Collaborate with a skilled crew and document work in systems, MS Office 365.
• Participate in on-call rotation with stipend and timely response to maintenance requests.

What We're Looking For:

Hands-on HVAC experience is REQUIRED.

• Minimum 2 years of apartment maintenance experience
• Well-rounded general maintenance skills (plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, etc.)
• Proactive problem-solver with strong initiative
• Collaborative team player who works well in a skilled crew environment
• Technologically proficient, comfortable using MS Office 365 and a personal mobile device
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills
• A professional who values integrity and long-term employment commitment
• Valid Driver's License
