Job summary

Northwood Ravin is seeking a Maintenance Technician for The Lodges at Fort Mill/Indian Land, SC. You will manage service requests across HVAC, plumbing, electrical and appliances, diagnose issues, perform repairs, and ensure first-time resolution to maintain a well-run community.

We value hands-on experience in multifamily maintenance, strong troubleshooting, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Schedule includes M-F with on-call rotation and weekends.

The Opportunity

In this position, you will manage service requests and maintenance operations across multiple systems, with a focus on efficient troubleshooting, quality repairs, and minimizing repeat issues.

Key areas of focus include:

• Diagnosing and repairing HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance issues
• Completing service requests with a focus on first-time resolution and resident satisfaction
• Performing preventative maintenance to reduce system failures and extend asset life
• Supporting apartment turns to ensure units are fully prepared and move-in ready
• Identifying issues early through inspections and proactive maintenance, while suggesting long term solutions.

This is a role for someone who is technically strong, works independently, and takes accountability for delivering repairs that are done right the first time.

You have a solid foundation multifamily maintenance or a related trade, with hands-on experience in HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems, and the ability to troubleshoot, prioritize, and execute in a fast-paced environment.
