Job summary

Northwood Ravin is seeking a Maintenance Technician to diagnose and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance issues across our Decatur communities. You will manage service requests, perform preventative maintenance, and support apartment turns to ensure units are move-in ready.

You should bring hands-on experience in multifamily maintenance, strong troubleshooting skills, and a dependable, collaborative approach.

Qualifications

• Solid foundation in multifamily maintenance or related trade.
• Hands-on experience with HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot, prioritize, and execute in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
