Job summary

Northwood Ravin is seeking a Maintenance Technician for McEwen Northside to diagnose and repair HVAC, plumbing and electrical issues across a fast-paced community. You will complete service requests with a focus on first-time resolution and resident satisfaction, while performing preventative maintenance to reduce failures and extend asset life.

In this role you will support apartment turns, ensuring units are move-in ready and identifying issues early through inspections with long-term

Qualifications

• Solid foundation in multifamily maintenance with hands-on HVAC, plumbing and electrical experience.
• Ability to troubleshoot, prioritize, and execute repairs in a fast-paced environment.
• Clear communication and ownership of work; dependable and collaborative.
