Job summary

MG Properties is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician for The District Apartments in Colton, CA. The ideal candidate will handle a range of trades including plumbing, electrical and HVAC, with strong customer service skills and a team‑oriented mindset.

Responsibilities include building upkeep, repairs, turnovers, emergency call handling and proactive maintenance. On-site role with competitive hourly pay and benefits in a drug-free workplace.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience in apartment maintenance on a 200 unit property.
• Experience in plumbing, electrical, A/C, etc.
• Customer service attitude and ability to work in a team.
• Consent to audio Recording may be required as a condition of employment.
• Reliable transportation is a MUST.
• Availability to work on-call rotation.

Responsibilities

• Clean grounds, offices and common areas.
• Complete maintenance service requests and appliance repairs.
• Perform painting and apartment turnovers.
• Handle emergency calls and other maintenance tasks as needed.

We are a large regional property management firm looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team at The District Apartments, located in Colton, CA!

The ideal candidate will have experience in all trades and be very customer service focused. Some duties will include cleaning grounds, offices, common areas, completing maintenance service requests, appliance repairs, painting, apartment turnovers, taking emergency calls and more!

Qualifications

• Prefer at least 2 years experience in apartment maintenance on 200 unit property!
• Experience in all trades (plumbing, electrical, a/c, etc.) a must!
• Customer service attitude, flexibility and the ability to work in a team environment are key to making this position a success!
• As a condition of employment, all employees must acknowledge and consent to the possibility of audio recordings being made during the performance of their work duties.
• Reliable transportation is a MUST!
• Availability to work on-call rotation.
