Job summary

TGM Shadeland Station in Indianapolis, IN is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our community. This full-time role requires responding to work orders, performing repairs, and maintaining the property. You must provide your own basic hand tools and hold HVAC Type II Certification.

Qualifications

• Must have previous experience in most areas of maintenance and repairs.
• Must have a good history of job dependability and performance.

• Must have HVAC Type II Certification.

Responsibilities

• Respond to all assigned maintenance work orders.
• Rectify all maintenance problems during the workday.
• Responsible for general clean-up of the community.
• Be available for after hour's emergency calls on a rotational basis.
• Be able to provide your own basic hand tools.
• Will perform other duties and assume other responsibilities as may be assigned.
• Monday-Friday, oncall and some weekends required.
