Job summary

TGM Communities in Indianapolis, IN is seeking a Maintenance Technician for our Shadeland Station community. You will respond to maintenance work orders, fix issues during the day, and help keep the property clean.

Ideal candidates hold HVAC Type II Certification, a valid driver’s license, and bring experience with maintenance equipment and tools. We offer competitive pay and solid benefits including health insurance and a 401K with company match.

Responsibilities

We are currently looking for a Maintenance Technician for our community in Indianapolis, IN. If you are an experienced technician with a desire for a career with a growing company, we’d like to hear from you. TGM Communities is a full service, real estate investment advisory firm. TGM acquires and manages apartment properties throughout the U.S. on behalf of our investors.

The ideal candidate must be able to take the responsibilities for the following:

• Respond to all assigned maintenance work orders.


• Rectify all maintenance problems during the workday.


• Responsible for general clean-up of the community.


• Be available for after hour's emergency calls on a rotational basis.


• Be able to provide your own basic hand tools.


• Will perform other duties and assume other responsibilities as may be assigned.
