The role focuses on maintaining the property, handling service requests, performing apartment turns, and being available for emergency on-call to ensure resident satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has basic HVAC knowledge, NSPIRE familiarity, and hands-on experience with plumbing, electrical, and drywall.

Qualifications

• HVAC knowledge is required.
• Familiarity with NSPIRE standards is preferred.
• Experience with plumbing, electrical, and drywall is needed.
• Appliance repair skills are a plus.
• Knowledge of basic residential repairs is expected.
• Ability to safely use hand tools, power tools and mechanical equipment.
• Must be available for emergency on-call.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the property systems and respond to service requests.
• Perform apartment turns and routine maintenance tasks.
• Handle emergency calls and prioritize repairs to minimize disruption.
• Document work performed and report any major issues.
• Coordinate with property management to schedule preventive maintenance.
