Job summary

Quality Talent Group is seeking a Maintenance Technician for an on-site role in Colorado. The position involves preventive maintenance on plant equipment, basic welding tasks, and routine repairs in an industrial environment.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent, hands-on mechanical experience, and basic computer skills. You will work within safety policies and assist with inventory and emergency repairs as needed.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in mechanical repair, installation, and construction in industrial environments.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and general industrial maintenance.
• Experience with stick welding, arc welding, lite fabrication, cutting torch, and hand tools.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Schedules and performs preventative maintenance on plant equipment.
• Maintains an inventory of regularly required replacement parts.
• Reports required repairs or other findings to Supervisor.
• Performs required emergency repairs on production equipment.
• Adheres to all safety, environmental and company policies and procedures.
