Job summary

Quality Talent Group is seeking a skilled maintenance technician to support mining and industrial equipment at an Arizona facility. You will perform preventative maintenance, inspections, and urgent repairs to ensure equipment readiness for production.

This on-site role requires basic welding, fabrication, and operation of common industrial gear, with safety as a priority and opportunities for professional growth within a global technology environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in mechanical repair, installation, and construction in industrial environments.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and maintenance including stick/arc welding, lite fabrication, cutting torch, and wrenching.
• Preferred experience operating a skid-steer, a man-lift, and other industrial equipment.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintains mining processing equipment in a state of readiness.
• Schedules and performs preventative maintenance on plant equipment.
• Inspects condition and operation of plant equipment and performs repairs.
• Reports required repairs or findings to Supervisor.
• Performs emergency repairs on production equipment.
