Job summary

Sterling Group is seeking a Maintenance Technician for our Argento at Sugarloaf property in Lawrenceville, GA. You will maintain physical aspects of the property, diagnose issues, and perform repairs across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and more.

Candidate should have 1–2 years of maintenance experience, own basic tools, and a valid driver's license. On-site role with regular hours and on-call rotation. We offer full benefits and a family-friendly culture.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years’ experience in maintenance or equivalent field.
• Prior apartment maintenance experience preferred.
• Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and general building trades.
• EPA Certification and Pool License preferred.
• Possess your own basic tools to perform apartment/building maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Ensure property meets company standards.
• Diagnose problems and perform repairs in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, pool, carpentry, drywall, and exterior areas.
