Job summary

Sterling Group's Argento on the Broad is seeking a Maintenance Technician to uphold property standards and perform proactive repairs across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, pool, carpentry, and more. Report to the Property Manager; schedule Mon-Fri 8 am–5 pm, with on-call every other weekend.

You should have 1–2 years in maintenance, a valid driver's license, and your own basic tools. EPA certification and pool license preferred.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of maintenance or equivalent experience.
• EPA Certification and Pool License preferred.
• Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and building trades.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• Own basic tools to perform maintenance.
• Strong reading, writing, and math skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the property's physical aspects meet Sterling Group standards.
• Diagnose problems and perform repairs across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, pool, carpentry, drywall, and appliances.
