• Owns the required tools and is physically capable for all tasks.
• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Manage maintenance and capital improvements on assigned property.
• Inspect, schedule, and perform routine preventive maintenance on equipment.
• Coordinate with supervisors, residents, vendors, and coworkers.
• Respond to work orders promptly and efficiently.
• Assist in make-ready of vacant apartments for new move-ins.
