Yugo Cincinnati is seeking a Maintenance Technician to ensure safe operations and upkeep of the property. You will handle resident requests, perform repairs across trades, and assist with turning units for new residents.

Reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor, you will conduct inspections, maintain pools and equipment, and participate in safety trainings while upholding company standards in a dynamic community setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of maintenance experience including HVAC, plumbing and electrical.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• EPA Type I certification (preferred).
• Pool maintenance certification (preferred).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficient with technology and online systems.
• Carbon Literacy Certification or willingness to undertake training.

Responsabilités

• Complete resident work orders efficiently and professionally, ensuring timely, high-quality repairs and maintenance services.
• Respond promptly to resident maintenance requests, concerns and emergencies with excellent service and follow-up.
• Perform general maintenance and repairs including plumbing, electrical, painting, appliance repair, carpentry and other tasks.
• Conduct routine inspections of buildings, grounds, equipment and common areas to identify safety concerns.
• Maintain appearance, safety and functionality of property and community spaces.
• Prepare vacant units for new residents by completing inspections, repairs and turn activities.
• Maintain pools, spas and related equipment in compliance with local requirements.
• Participate in on-call and after-hours emergency maintenance as scheduled.
• Maintain inventory levels for tools and supplies; keep storage organized and secure.
