Job summary

Yugo Minneapolis is seeking a Maintenance Technician to ensure the safety and upkeep of the property. You will handle resident needs, perform repairs, and coordinate with the Maintenance Supervisor to uphold high standards across the community.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 1 year of maintenance experience, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical.
• High school graduate or equivalent.
• EPA type I and above certification preferred.
• Pool maintenance certification, if required by local regulation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Complete resident work orders efficiently and professionally, ensuring timely, high-quality repairs and maintenance services.
• Respond promptly to resident maintenance requests, concerns, and emergencies while providing excellent customer service and follow-up communication.
• Perform general maintenance and repairs including plumbing, electrical, painting, appliance repair, carpentry, and other property maintenance tasks.
• Conduct routine inspections of buildings, grounds, equipment, and common areas to identify and resolve maintenance or safety concerns.
• Maintain the overall appearance, cleanliness, safety, and functionality of the property and community spaces.
• Prepare vacant units for new residents by completing inspections, repairs, and turn activities according to company standards.
