Yugo Seattle Lothlorien is seeking a Maintenance Technician to ensure safety and upkeep of the community. You will handle resident work orders, respond to requests and emergencies, and perform general maintenance across plumbing, electrical, painting, and carpentry.

Regular inspections help uphold property value and resident satisfaction. Reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor, you will work with residents, management, and vendors, coordinating tasks and participating in safety training while

Qualificações

• Minimum 1 year of maintenance experience across HVAC, plumbing, and electrical.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• EPA Type I certification preferred; pool maintenance certification preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; tech-savvy and reliable.

Responsabilidades

• Complete resident work orders with timely, high-quality repairs.
• Respond to maintenance requests, emergencies, and concerns with excellent service.
• Perform plumbing, electrical, painting, appliance repair, carpentry on the property.
• Inspect buildings, grounds, equipment, and common areas for safety and maintenance needs.
• Prepare vacant units for new residents per standards.
• Maintain pools, spas, and related equipment per local regulations.
