Job summary

MG Properties in San Diego, CA is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to join our on-site team at Texcoco. You will perform multi-trade repairs, respond to service requests, and assist with apartment turnovers in a 200-unit property.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in plumbing, electrical, and HVAC, a strong customer service mindset, reliable transportation, and availability for on-call rotations.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in apartment maintenance on a 200-unit property.
• Experience in plumbing, electrical, and HVAC is required.
• Customer service attitude, flexibility, and teamwork are essential.
• Consent to the possibility of audio recordings during work duties.

Responsibilities

• Clean grounds, offices, and common areas.
• Complete maintenance service requests and appliance repairs.
• Perform painting and apartment turnovers.
• Handle emergency calls and other duties as assigned.

We are a large regional property management firm looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team at Texcoco in San Diego, CA!

The ideal candidate will have experience in all trades and be very customer service focused. Some duties will include cleaning grounds, offices, common areas, completing maintenance service requests, appliance repairs, painting, apartment turnovers, taking emergency calls and more!

Qualifications

• Prefer at least 2 years experience in apartment maintenance on 200 unit property!
• Experience in all trades (plumbing, electrical, a/c, etc.) a must!
• Customer service attitude, flexibility and the ability to work in a team environment are key to making this position a success!
• As a condition of employment, all employees must acknowledge and consent to the possibility of audio recordings being made during the performance of their work duties.
• Reliable transportation is a MUST!
• Availability to work on-call rotation.

Compensation and Benefits

• $26-$28/hour DOE
