The role supports the Director of Environmental Services with inspections and preventative maintenance, performing painting, drywall repair, and basic electrical and plumbing tasks.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (or equivalent) and at least 1 year of maintenance experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist Director of Environmental Services with fire and building inspections and preventive maintenance duties.
• Perform painting, drywall repair, light electrical and plumbing tasks as needed.
• Maintain building to meet safety codes and regulations.
