Job summary

Delmar Gardens on the Green in Chesterfield, Missouri, is hiring a Full-Time Maintenance Technician to keep the skilled nursing and rehabilitation community clean, safe, and comfortable. Shifts include Day 7:00am–3:00pm and Evening 3:00pm–11:00pm.

The role supports the Director of Environmental Services with fire and building inspections and preventative maintenance. Requires a High School Diploma or GED and about 1 year of related experience; building codes and safety knowledge is essential.

Delmar Gardens on the Green is seeking a Full-Time Maintenance Technician for our beautiful skilled nursing and rehabilitation community. The successful candidate will assure our facility is maintained in clean, safe and comfortable manner.

Shift Availability:

• Full-Time Day shift: 7:00am - 3:00pm
• Full-Time Evening shift: 3:00pm - 11:00pm

This individual will assist the Director of Environmental Services with various fire and building inspections, and preventative maintenance duties. Painting, drywall repair, light electrical and plumbing systems experience a must. Must be knowledgeable in building codes and safety regulations.

High School Diploma or GED and a year of experience preferred.
