Job summary
Delmar Gardens on the Green in Chesterfield, Missouri, is hiring a Full-Time Maintenance Technician to keep the skilled nursing and rehabilitation community clean, safe, and comfortable. Shifts include Day 7:00am–3:00pm and Evening 3:00pm–11:00pm.
The role supports the Director of Environmental Services with fire and building inspections and preventative maintenance. Requires a High School Diploma or GED and about 1 year of related experience; building codes and safety knowledge is essential.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED, with about 1 year of related maintenance experience.
- Experience with painting, drywall repair, light electrical and plumbing.
- Knowledge of building codes and safety regulations.
- Full-Time Day or Evening shifts available.
Responsibilities
- Assist Director of Environmental Services with fire and building inspections.
- Perform preventative maintenance tasks across facility.
- Carry out painting, drywall repair, electrical and plumbing work.
- Ensure the facility is clean, safe, and comfortable.
