Job summary

Delmar Gardens of Overland Park is seeking a Full-Time Maintenance Technician to keep our skilled nursing and rehabilitation community clean, safe, and comfortable. The role supports the Director of Environmental Services with inspections and preventative maintenance, performing painting, drywall repair, and basic electrical and plumbing tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist Director of Environmental Services with fire and building inspections and preventive maintenance duties.

Delmar Gardens of Overland Park is seeking a Full-Time Maintenance Technician for our beautiful skilled nursing and rehabilitation community. The successful candidate will assure our facility is maintained in clean, safe and comfortable manner.

This individual will assist the Director of Environmental Services with various fire and building inspections, and preventative maintenance duties. Painting, drywall repair, light electrical and plumbing systems experience a must. Must be knowledgeable in building codes and safety regulations.
