Job summary

Delmar Gardens of Chesterfield is seeking a Full- and Part-Time Maintenance Technician to keep our skilled nursing and rehabilitation community in clean, safe, and comfortable condition. The role supports the Director of Environmental Services with inspections and preventative maintenance.

Candidates should have a High School diploma or GED and at least one year of related experience; painting, drywall repair, and basic electrical/plumbing skills are required, with knowledge of building codes

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; 1 year of maintenance experience preferred.
• Experience with painting, drywall repair, minor electrical and plumbing work.
• Knowledge of building codes and safety regulations required.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Director of Environmental Services with fire and building inspections and preventative maintenance.

Delmar Gardens of Chesterfield is seeking a Full- and Part-Time Maintenance Technician for our beautiful skilled nursing and rehabilitation community. The successful candidate will assure our facility is maintained in clean, safe and comfortable manner.

This individual will assist the Director of Environmental Services with various fire and building inspections, and preventative maintenance duties. Painting, drywall repair, light electrical and plumbing systems experience a must. Must be knowledgeable in building codes and safety regulations.

Shift Availability

• Full-Time Evening shift (10:30am - 7:00pm)


• Part-Time Night shift

High School Diploma or GED and a year of experience preferred.
