Job summary

Delmar Gardens on the Green in Chesterfield, MO is seeking a Full-Time Maintenance Technician to ensure the facility is maintained in a clean, safe, and comfortable condition. Shifts include Day (7:00am–3:00pm) and Evening (3:00pm–11:00pm).

The role supports the Director of Environmental Services with routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and basic trades such as painting, drywall, electrical, and plumbing. A high school diploma or GED is preferred with at least one year of experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED and a year of experience preferred.
• Painting, drywall repair, light electrical and plumbing experience.

Delmar Gardens on the Green is seeking a Full-Time Maintenance Technician for our beautiful skilled nursing and rehabilitation community. The successful candidate will assure our facility is maintained in clean, safe and comfortable manner.

Shift Availability

• Full-Time Day shift: 7:00am - 3:00pm
• Full-Time Evening shift: 3:00pm - 11:00pm

This individual will assist the Director of Environmental Services with various fire and building inspections, and preventative maintenance duties. Painting, drywall repair, light electrical and plumbing systems experience a must. Must be knowledgeable in building codes and safety regulations.

High School Diploma or GED and a year of experience preferred.
