You will handle repairs, equipment maintenance, and upkeep to meet resident needs while following safety guidelines. The role requires basic HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and mechanical skills, plus solid customer service and communication abilities to support a positive resident experience.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older and a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in maintenance within a community or similar facility preferred.
• Basic HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and mechanical repair skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine interior and exterior community maintenance and equipment servicing.
• Respond to resident repair requests and communicate with the Maintenance Supervisor.
• Ensure safety and proper handling of tools and materials; maintain privacy and security.
