Job summary

Bader is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician for Croft at Rosecott in Rosemount, MN. This is a full-time on-site role with no on-call duties, offering a comprehensive benefits package and a consistent daytime schedule.

Responsibilities include plumbing, HVAC, appliance maintenance, grounds care, and completing work orders to keep units and common areas in excellent condition. A minimum of five years in maintenance is required.

Qualifications

• Five years of building maintenance experience.
• Experience in high rise/multi-family properties is preferred.
• Experience with pools.
• Experience with low voltage systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide a variety of skilled building maintenance including repairs to sinks, windows, floors and other parts of the building.
• Maintains the grounds as assigned which may include trash pick-up, shoveling, and sweeping curb/dumpster area, maintaining landscape beds and other areas.
• Preparation of vacant units for occupancy which may include cleaning responsibilities.
• Install, repair (including soldering) and maintain various plumbing; heating and air conditioning fixtures; perform metal fabrication and welding.
• Installation and repair of major and minor appliances (e.g. washer, dryer, refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwashers, etc.).
• Troubleshoot maintenance issues, diagnose problems, replace and/or repair parts, test and make necessary adjustments to ensure issues are resolved.
• Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs as needed.
• Complete minor work orders such as snake toilets/drains, repair/replace leaking faucets, remove/replace caulking, replace different components of toilets, adjust/replace door closures, and replace locks, deadbolts and passage locks.
• Demonstrate courteous and efficient customer service at all times.

Schedule:

• Monday - Friday
• 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.

Compensation:

• $30-35 per hour
