Soul & Peregrine is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician for a full-time role with Bader Management, Inc. in Minnesota. The position involves repairing plumbing, HVAC fixtures, and appliances, maintaining grounds, and preparing vacant units for occupancy.

The job emphasizes no on-call or after-hours duties and offers a robust benefits package. Schedule is Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with some nights and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled building maintenance including repairs to sinks, windows, floors and other parts of the building.
• Maintain grounds and perform cleaning, trash pickup and landscaping tasks as assigned.
• Prepare vacant units for occupancy including cleaning responsibilities.
• Install and repair plumbing, heating and air conditioning fixtures; perform welding and metal fabrication.
• Install and repair major and minor appliances and troubleshoot issues.
• Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs as needed.
• Complete minor work orders and ensure quality results.
• Demonstrate courteous and efficient customer service at all times.

Compensation:

• $31 per hour

Responsibilities:

• Provide a variety of skilled building maintenance including repairs to sinks, windows, floors and other parts of the building.
• Maintains the grounds as assigned which may include trash pick-up, shoveling, and sweeping curb/dumpster area, maintaining landscape beds and other areas.
• Preparation of vacant units for occupancy which may include cleaning responsibilities.
• Install, repair (including soldering) and maintain various plumbing; heating and air conditioning fixtures; perform metal fabrication and welding.
• Installation and repair of major and minor appliances (e.g. washer, dryer, refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwashers, etc.).
• Troubleshoot maintenance issues, diagnose problems, replace and/or repair parts, test and make necessary adjustments to ensure issues are resolved.
• Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs as needed.
• Complete minor work orders such as snake toilets/drains, repair/replace leaking faucets, remove/replace caulking, replace different components of toilets, adjust/replace door closures, and replace locks, deadbolts and passage locks.
• Demonstrate courteous and efficient customer service at all times.
• Five years experience
