Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of plant maintenance or technical experience.
• Proficiency in at least one technical craft such as instrumentation, electrical, plumbing, or advanced mechanical systems.
• Familiarity with cGMP manufacturing operations or other regulated environments.
• Effective written and oral communication.

Responsibilities

• Operate within the assigned suite or area with moderate supervision.
• Perform routine operational activities and preventative maintenance independently.
• Demonstrate mechanical aptitude and perform basic equipment repairs.
• Ensure cGMP compliance, SOP adherence, and proper documentation.
• Participate in EH&S, safety programs, and incident reporting.
• Collaborate with teams and contractors, contribute to continuous improvement.
• Assist with automation, validation, and testing when required.
