Job summary

Meet Life Sciences Ltd. in the United States seeks an experienced Maintenance Technician to support a fast-paced, 24/7 pharmaceutical manufacturing operation.

You will perform preventative, predictive, and corrective maintenance on manufacturing equipment and systems, troubleshoot mechanical and electrical faults, and help minimize downtime. You will document activities, read schematics, work with Engineering, Production and Quality teams, and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience as a maintenance technician in manufacturing environments.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with preventive maintenance programs.
• Ability to read drawings and equipment documentation.
• GMP or regulated manufacturing experience preferred.
• Knowledge of safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative, predictive, and corrective maintenance on manufacturing equipment and systems
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and/or automated equipment
• Respond to equipment breakdowns and help minimize production downtime
• Perform inspections, repairs, adjustments, and equipment installations
• Support equipment reliability and continuous improvement initiatives
• Document maintenance activities and work orders accurately
• Work closely with Engineering, Production, Quality, and other site teams
• Follow GMP, safety, environmental, and quality requirements
• Support maintenance projects, equipment upgrades, and installations
• Participate in a 24/7 manufacturing operation, including shift coverage as needed.

I’m currently partnering with a leading pharmaceutical manufacturing organization to identify an experienced Maintenance Technician to support equipment reliability and maintenance operations within a fast-paced, 24/7 manufacturing environment.

This is a great opportunity for a hands‑on technician who enjoys troubleshooting equipment, performing preventative maintenance, and working as part of a skilled maintenance team.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience as a Maintenance Technician, Maintenance Mechanic, Industrial Maintenance Technician, or similar
• Manufacturing, pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device, chemical, food, or other industrial experience
• Strong mechanical and/or electrical troubleshooting skills
• Experience with preventative maintenance programs
• Ability to read technical drawings, schematics, and equipment documentation
• Experience with CMMS/work order systems is a plus
• GMP or other regulated manufacturing experience is highly preferred
• Strong commitment to safety and quality
