Qualifications

• Maintenance experience required, preferably in apartments or hotels.
• Experience with plumbing, electrical, appliances; ability to perform apartment turns.
• HVAC certification is a plus; on-call and weekend availability preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform general repairs to apartments and common areas.
• Prepare vacant apartments and handle snow and trash removal.
• Conduct emergency repairs, cleaning, and landscaping as needed.
• Order maintenance equipment and supplies, keep records, and receive deliveries.
• Move appliances and perform other job duties as required.
