Job summary

Marquette Management Inc. in Ann Arbor, MI is seeking a Maintenance Technician to provide residents with a clean, well maintained living environment. You will perform general repairs to apartments and common areas, prep vacant units, handle snow removal, and manage routine upkeep of grounds.

Applicants should have prior maintenance experience, excellent customer service, and basic computer knowledge. HVAC or EPA Universal Certification is a plus; on-call and weekend availability may be required.

Qualifications

• Previous maintenance experience, preferably in the apartment or hotel industry.
• Excellent customer service skills and general computer knowledge.
• Experience with plumbing, electrical, appliances, and apartment turns.
• HVAC or EPA Universal Certification is a plus!
• Availability for on-call and weekend work when necessary is a plus!

Responsibilities

• General repairs to apartments and common areas.
• Vacant apartment preparation.
