HILLS Properties in Louisville, KY, seeks a full-time Maintenance Technician for Meridian on Shelbyville, a luxury apartment community. This role handles HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general repairs, with some on-call evenings and weekends.

You will uphold high standards, perform make-readies, inspect utilities, and respond to resident requests. We offer hands-on training, a supportive team, competitive pay, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Formación

• HVAC, electrical, plumbing repairs on property.
• Clear written and oral communication.
• Basic math for measurements and estimates.
• Knowledge of safe tool handling and maintenance.

Responsabilidades

• Inspect and maintain outdoor and indoor areas, including pool area.
• Perform make-readies for vacated units and assist with painting, drywall, and carpet cleaning.
• Handle work orders for HVAC, electrical, small appliances, and plumbing repairs.
• Inspect/building lights, smoke detectors, sprinkler systems, and furnace filters; replace as needed.
• Represent Hills’ mission with a professional, positive attitude toward residents and partners.
