Job summary

HILLS Properties in Cincinnati, Ohio is seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician for Fox Chase North, a luxury apartment community. The role involves HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance with on-call evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• HVAC certification preferred, but not required.
• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
• Thorough working knowledge of building maintenance.
• Clear oral and written communication.
• Able to perform basic mathematical functions.
• Knowledgeable and skilled in safe use of hand tools and cleaning fluids.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and maintain outdoor grounds areas, including pool area, in a safe, attractive condition.
• Inspect vacated units and perform make-ready, including painting, drywall, and carpet cleaning.
• Perform work orders and repairs, including HVAC, electrical, small appliances, and plumbing repairs.
• Inspect and log building lights, smoke detectors, sprinkler systems and furnace filters; replace as needed.
• Demonstrate a professional and positive outlook with teammates, residents, vendors, and future residents.
