Job summary

Peak Management is seeking a Maintenance Technician for Devonshire and Lyndon Crossings in Louisville, KY. Join our team to perform preventive maintenance, repairs, and resident service across 470+ units.

This on-site role requires hands-on skills with HVAC, plumbing, electrical fixtures, and general upkeep. You'll be part of a collaborative property team, respond to after-hours requests, and help maintain grounds and seasonal tasks.

Qualifications

• Previous maintenance technician experience in an apartment community or a similar setting.
• Practical troubleshooting skills and familiarity with building systems and equipment.
• Strong problem-solving, organization, and communication skills, with the ability to prioritize work and contribute as part of a team.
• HVAC certification is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders, preventive maintenance, and apartment-turn tasks.
• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, and drywall/painting.
• Maintain property-owned equipment and inventory; order supplies.
• Assist with grounds, landscaping, and seasonal tasks including snow removal.
• Respond to after-hours service requests on the on-call rotation.
• Provide residents with professional, friendly service.
