Job summary

HILLS Properties is seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician for Emerald Lakes in Greenwood, Indiana. You will handle HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliance repairs, with on-call hours in the evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• HVAC maintenance and basic repairs across systems and appliances.
• Clear communication with residents and team members.
• Ability to perform basic mathematical tasks for measurements and estimates.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and maintain outdoor grounds and pool area in safe condition.
• Perform make-ready work on vacated units including painting and cleaning.
• Complete work orders for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and small appliances.
• Inspect/s log lights, detectors and furnace filters and replace as needed.
• Uphold Hills mission and collaborate with residents and vendors.
